“Our furnace/AC specifies this filter and it only needs to be replaced once a year. So the cost is about the same as a 4 pack of high quality 1" filters which need replacement every 2-3 months. Annual maintenance shows it does a good job of keeping the HVAC components clean, as it does for the air quality in the house.”

“This is my fifth filter purchase through plumbingsupplyandmore. The filters themselves are fine‚Äîthey do what they are supposed to with relatively easy installation (aligning the tracks can be challenging depending on the placement of your unit). My grief here is that my filter arrived opened. Clearly ripped open on one end and then half taped up, like someone bought the wrong one, tried to install it, realized their mistake, and returned it. I paid full price for a NEW filter, not an open-box filter. The end of the filter on the open side is already dirty. "Sold by and shipped from plumbingsupplyandmore." An open-but-unused pair of socks? OK, I can wash those. An open-and-slightly-dirty HEPA filter that can't be washed? No. One more strike, and you're out, plumbingsupplyandmore.”
