“I had the floodstop installed about 6 months ago. So far so good. This morning I did have to reset the "open" button on the shutoff. No leaks, but for some reason my hot water to include water pressure was not working. I hit the open button and now it works. Does anyone know why I had to reset the open button? Has this happened to anyone else? Batteries are good, heater is new. Thank you.”
“Installing the unit was straight forward. I had a small leak at one of the threaded ends. Corrected it by cleaning up the threads and reinstalling with more pipe dope.”
