“Defective valve, poor customer service. This water pressure regulator has failed in less than five months of service. It is supposed to regulate pressure between 15 and 25 pounds per square inch, but varies between 20 and 40 psi instead. The pressure relief valve on my boiler is frequently popping off. This regulator valve does not respond to adjustment. Since it has been more than 30 days since purchase, the vendor will not replace it. The vendor claimed not to have a replacement and referred me to the manufacturer, the Watts Corporation to remedy the situation.”
