3/8" x 3/4" x 6' Rubber Pipe Insulation Cover Reviews

4.8 Rating 31 Reviews
I was checking my Anode on my hot water heater and checked the rest of the piping while I was at it. I noticed that the galvanized 3/4" nipples had a lot of corrosion inside them and replaced them also. These longer SS connectors (24") were bent into a heat trap shape to allow the heat to stop passing up the piping.

We used it for the door so lizards wouldn’t come in.

I like the thickness and sturdiness of the foam. The adhesive on it isn't very strong. My niece gave me a special tape to put on to keep the foam closed around the tubing.

Quickly able to replace worn-out insulation and seal with self-seal tape (used duct tape just to be sure). A quick, energy-saving fix; handled in under 5 minutes and well under $10. 100% recommend.
