“This pump is awesome. I had to give it it's own discharge piping because the check valves they make for PVC systems never seem to work and the pump would always push the water back through the old electric pump I have installed in tandem.”
“Great price. Doesn't have a lot of water moving power as I only have a 1/2" water line feeding it, but it still works well. Takes about 20 seconds to pump down my sump while my main sump pump pumps the water down in about 7 seconds. We installed another one at my mothers house with a 3/4" connection and it sucks the sump down almost as fast as the main sump pump... Look for a 3/4" water line to feed this jet pump there is a significant difference in flow...”
“Installed and tested by unplugging my primary pump all day yesterday after heavy rain. It's working great. Pumps a lot of water, no problem emptying my sump pit. I only have 1/2" water lines in my home, so I converted to 3'4" about 24" from intake. I'm sure this decreases the specs of what pump can do, however it is still plenty adequate for my application in my basement. Bring on the next power outage.”

We'd give it five stars, but haven't done more than basic tests after installation, so we're trusting it will work under actual emergency conditions (although no reason to think it will not!).”
