“Installed 4x 12000 BTU and 1x 27000 BTU units. Happy with all but would choose two 12000 BTU units over one 27000 next time. Easier install and uses 120v. Learned fluid flows to both units even if one is off, which reduces efficiency. Appreciate HOD’s customizable line lengths.”

“I ordered a HVAC system and it arrived in a timely manner and with no apparent issues. I thought the system was defective once installed but it was the installers fault who wired it wrong. My only issue would be the fee (30%) to return a defective item. Other than that this is a good company.”
