Used with various pipe types. Easy and fun to use, but advises not to install inside walls.

I was skeptical at first, but now I’m a convert. No leaks, no issues after weeks of use. These things rock! Super forgiving even if your setup isn’t perfect. Highly recommended!

50+ years of soldering pipes; SharkBite let her fix a leaking outdoor pipe with water still in the line. Installed in 3 minutes. Won’t go back to propane and soldering.

Fixed a leaky sweat gate valve dripping ~3.5 gallons/day. Replaced with SharkBite valve and coupling for ~$35 in 5 minutes. Would have cost ~$200 with a plumber.

Replaced a corroded turn valve. Easy install. Suggests removing plastic stiffener for copper pipe. Also recommends SharkBite Hose Bibb.

Wow, I am impressed at how easy this was to install on an existing line. I wanted to put a shut off valve to the waterline feeding my outside faucet. Just push the line into the valve until it no longer goes further in. This works very well. I would NOT have paid full price for this, but the discounted price made it a great purchase.

Needed a shut-off valve where soldering wasn't possible. Install was difficult and required a rubber mallet. Valve rotates around pipe post-install, which is worrying, but no leaks after two weeks. Might improve rating later if it holds long-term.

Used to install a pressure regulator on a high-pressure water main. Very secure fit, allows pipe rotation for positioning gauges. Highly recommends buying the universal disconnect tongs, not the included clip.
