“We use a 2 HP deep well pump with 1 ¼ inch poly pipe. Usually check valves with only brass-on-brass don't seal well, but this one has a nylon ring that creates a positive seal. Machining and threads are excellent. Tested on a pipe, threads fit tight. Ordered as a backup part - not yet installed - but appears great quality at a great price.”
