“The only problem we have with this product is that the faucet could be higher so that a taller cup could fit under it. We make our morning coffee with a coffee grounds holder which sits on the cup, and it cannot fit underneath, as you can only fill it halfway because of the angle you have to hold it to fit underneath the faucet. That aside, we are very happy with our new hot water dispenser.”
“Excellent product, but the faucet is a little larger than expected. I would have liked a smaller hot water tap to be compatible with a typical faucet set. Still, it’s a good product, and I’ve used this brand before and will use it again.”
“The only reason I am not giving this 5 stars is that it needed to be at the highest level in order to get to the right temp for my tea. Thankfully that level is hot enough. It's a really nice looking faucet too - works great with my other faucet - very happy and recommend!”
