My existing Watts water regulator was starting to fail, making loud groaning noises as water pressure changed.

My current PRV was made by Wilkinson or something like that, and I had to adjust it to 80 Lbs of pressure to have any decent water pressure in the house.

The utility that supplies water to my house keeps boosting the pressure - it's currently at about 80PSI, and I can see the effects on pipes with bangs as valves shut off.
