3/4" x 300' hePEX Barrier Tube Coil, Heat Transfer, White Reviews

4.6 Rating 111 Reviews
One good thing about this product is that it is slightly more rigid than PEX for domestic water. My supply/return temps are 165/140, so I expected the hot water to make the pipe more flexible and sag in long runs... it does not. There is an entire unsupported corner of it, maybe 12" each side, and it does not sag. If you're running it in the ceiling, you will want to add talons every 16" or so, but in general, it's a strong pipe. Enjoy.

This type of PEX is easier to install and less cumbersome than the hard PEX. PSAM is a professional, efficient company.

I used this to install heat under an existing floor in between joists. A detailed layout and installation plan is key. The Pex tube uncoiler by Wrisbo is a lifesaver!

My husband and I bought an outdoor wood stove and used this PEX tubing to run underfloor joist radiant floor heating throughout our house. Works great. My feet have never been this warm in the cold Michigan winters!

Used for a radiant heating project. Easier to use than red PEX, but it's still PEX. Takes work to make it stay straight, but worth the extra cost.

Uponor is not the cheapest PEX but definitely our preferred brand. Used this hePEX in a radiant system with zero issues.
