“I was installing a Heat Pump with oil furnace as the auxiliary source and this thermostat was recommended by my HVAC contractor. I am happy with the thermostat. It's very stable and never failed. The thermostat turns my Heat Pump when the outside temperature is above 40C and switches to the oil furnace if the temperature is 40C and lower. Plus, I can use my smart phone to manage the thermostat remotely because it's connected to my network with Wi-Fi.I am happy with making this choice.”
“We have a vacation home in a cold climate and worried if the the heating system was working properly. The main concern was if the heat failed the water pipes might freeze.Using the app for the thermostat we can now check regularly on the indoor temperature. A great feature is that before we go to the house the temperature can be raised during the winter and the air conditioning turned on in the summer. When we get there the house is at the comfortable temperature.The price paid was much lower than what our heating company quoted.The install was done by our heating company therefore the "Easy To Install" was not rated.”
