“Updated... 100% on customer service! sent an email to customer service, received a response in an hour, received a shipping notification for a replacement in less than 2 hours, received the new device and it works perfectly. Its great to purchase something from a company that cares. Five stars.at 7pm last night when i removed the old thermostat I noted that the inside temperature was 70. when I connected the new one it was reading 77. I figured that my hands must have warmed it up or something. Meanwhile the inside temperature was dropping. I gathered 3 other thermometers and one read 68 and the other two 69. The new Honeywell was now reading 76. 7 degrees too high. I went into the settings and set the temperature offset to -3 as that was as far as it would go. Now it reads the inside temperature 4 degrees too high. Support was foreign and very hard to understand, so therefore a waste of time. I think it needs to go back.”
“These are the best Wi-Fi stats currently on the market! My in-laws have three in a new house and I helped program for them. I liked them so much, we just replaced the two stats in our house. All the features we need for a fraction of what the ‚Äúhipster‚Äù models cost. The app and online registration are straight forward and perfect. You have full control of your HVAC's from the phone app once registered. No more standing in front of a stat to program. We ordered these on a Saturday, received the next day (Sunday).
