“One of the zone switching relays went bad as winter was starting in PA. I ordered one. It was here the next day, it was the right one, and had heat in that zone for the evening. Still working well (2 months) so far. Thanks again for the fast response. Will definitely be back.”
“Easy replacement for an older controller. One minor issue was that one of the wiring screws was stripped. Fortunately, one from the older controller took its place. Other than that - it would have been 5 Stars. It was my initial frustration that lowered the rating. Super service and price”
