“Ordered four Zone Sentry valves and one arrived broken, valve stem was bent and the plastic that holds actuator to valve body was broken. Replaced quickly and easily by Plumbing Supply. Installs quickly and the wiring is simple and easy to access, no problems during installation.”
“I use these 2 way zone valves exclusively. I love the ease of installation and adaptability for tight locations. I use them for commercial applications on heating and chilling lines. I would stay away from the 1/2" 3 way valves though. Their CV rating is minimal at best and are hard to use for retrofit applications. I've installed hundreds of these and rarely have had a problem.”
