“I had to replace a water heater that was below grade, so draining options were less than ideal. I decided to buy this thing and I am sure glad that I did! I popped a 12AH battery in and let it rip. It pumped with ease...it's rated up to a temp of 140 so I wasn't worried at all. If you find yourself needing a transfer pump every once in awhile AND already have 18v Milwaukee batteries..then this tool is a no brainier!”
“I use it for oils and gas. The instructions and package say for fresh water but the engineers are Milwaukee must have had their coffee because they made it from materials that are impervious to petroleum products.I wanted a transfer pump to change out the 12 gallons of hydraulic fluid on my tractor, pump gas from winter stored machinery and other things. This pump has a very gentle flow rate that won't have you struggling to catch a whipping hose gushing oils all over the place, as will those pumps with 16GPM flow rates. I clean it with soapy water after use so that it's ready for anything.”
“Well lets just say it has without any effort at all a 25' LiftIt does use a lot of battery power - which is its only fault - But then again look at what it is doing.I find the 12amp M18 Battery works best with it - the lower Amp Batteries you have to change to frequentlyWhen you do change them the pump re-primes within a second or two. When you set it up with a dry hose @ 25' Dead Rise it will take about 3 seconds to self prime and pumpThis will also pump through 30' of exit host without any issue at all.So I find it exceeds all my needs”
