“I picked up a pair of these to go along with a new bathroom faucet installation. The old ones were the rigid metal type. Every time I need to replace rigid water connections where it's a faucet, a toilet, etc... I ALWAYS pony up the few bucks extra to upgrade them to flexible lines. And yes, it most definitely is an upgrade and I recommend everyone do the same when the time comes. These lines are well made and much easier to install as you have plenty of flex and length to make connecting a breeze.”
“Bought this water supply line about 2 weeks ago and it was a breeze to install! No leaks! Wish this was a little more flexible, but all in all, great product! Price is very reasonable.”
“Pros: Flexibility made the installation easy, work well with existing copper fittings and either hot/cold waterline, sturdy with no leaks or kinks, reliable, good quality as described, the best retail price. Cons: No problem so far. Tips: Lubricate the threads with Silicone Faucet Grease or Waterproof Grease so it is easier and smoother to tighten up the compression fitting and don't over-tighten the compression nut. Because a compression fitting is sealed at the ferrule, not at the threads, over-tightening the compression nut would deform the ferrule, causing leaks. You can always tighten it more if you under-tightened it, but once you over-tighten, you have to get a new ferrule or new connector.”
