“Bad design. As others have mentioned, there is too much play in the handle and a flimsy cover part that comes off easily. Moen already replaced it once for me, so I think they know it's bad.”
“As others have posted, the play between the lever and the trim is unacceptable. The lever flops side to side before turning. I fixed it by 3D printing a shim. The product also arrived with a broken plastic tab... Moen immediately sent a replacement part.”
