I replaced an identical brand valve that dripped after 30+ years of use. Didn't have to solder new elbows in - just unscrewed front, pryed off, cleaned up mating surfaces, swapped out o-rings (after applying o-ring silicone grease) and tightened two front screws. Also applied silicone to threads of control rod, screw threads and valve balls. Saved myself soldering fuss and cured leaks.

Just like my old one so did not have to change my pipes. It connected right up to the old hookup. GREAT

Used this to fix a leaky one that was over 20 years old.. Just used half of this..since the old one is soldered already onto pipes.. Easy fix..just unscrew the 2 bolts..take the half off the pipes..clean it up.. Take this one apart and put the new washers on and attach the half you need to old one!! Works great!!

Easy install as a replacement. Old one had a broken stem. No leaks but it wouldn’t shut off if we needed it to. This went in 1 2 3.

Watts is still great quality. Switched out a decades old valve with no problem. Remove two screws/ pop in the new one/ done. So nice to work with something that just simply works right.
