“Solid construction, made of heavy metal, 2-3 years and hasn’t leaked or corroded as far as I can see. Although I have not attempted to open it up and tune/clean it, the option is there. But I have to say, banging noise in the heating system was reduced but not totally gone after installing the Taco 400 pressure valve. Still much better than my previous annual installs of Misty Maid brand vents which always leaked and corroded at the vent caps. Recommended.”
“Product came loosely packed in box. Air collection tab was bent because it rattled around in box. Better packing would have prevented this. I was able to straighten it.”
