“Its nice to find two grade of products here. As a landlord, it's cheaper to fix it once with higher grade products than to do it twice. I deal with local plumbing plumbingsupplyandmore and they don't seem to carry the better grade products. Also, I have found their delivery often comes before the delivery date by FEDEX.”
