Pump I had went out, this was an easy replacement. It was also a lot cheaper than the local plumbing supply house.

The part was easy to install with just 2 bolts and 2 wires to hook it up, but this one had to be returned due to not arriving in time, l was able to find it locally and have it installed before it arrived from plumbingsupplyandmore. If I ever need another pump like this and have the time to wait I would definitely order it again from plumbingsupplyandmore.

Have 7 zones in the house with a large boiler. Noticed during cold mornings gamel/bar room would have a loud knocking sound and radiators would get as hot as other parts of the house. Researched and found that it most likely would be a circulator pump. Turned off each zone and then one on at a time to find the right pump and lines. Ordered the Taco 007-F5-71FC which many people said it was easy to install. I had my winter boiler cleaning coming up soon and asked for a quote, he said with time a parts it would be $500-$600. So, by spending around $100 which came with nuts/washers/and seals I was ready to install. All in I spent under 90 minutes installing pump. I've also ordered an extra to have on hand. I used the number on the box to get one question answered from Teco and they were very very helpful, professional and patient!
