A perfect condensate pump for my furnace! Just stick the output tube from the furnace into the pump, then attach the waste pump to the unit. Run the waste tube to a drain or sink and your done. The unit acts like a sump pump. When water inside reaches a specific level, the float switch kicks in and runs the unit. As soon as the water is drained the units goes back into standby mode.No issues so far after three months.

I replaced a 20 year old pump for my furnace/ AC unit. This was the same size and fit nicely. It is well built, runs quietly, and has good pumping strength. The only problem is the check valve doesn’t work. The description listed online states it has a built in check valve and shows a black colored 3/8” barb but my product arrived with a white color barb and no check valve. Funny enough, plumbingsupplyandmore shows a $6 check valve as a commonly purchased product for people who buy this pump.

23 yr old pump wouldn't shut off. Went to Lowes and HD. Both wanted $94. I knew plumbingsupplyandmore was cheaper because I had researched earlier in the year when I bought a new check valve for it. Ordered an exact replacement at 3p.m. 5 a.m. next day, dog barks, plumbingsupplyandmore is in the driveway. 5 minutes later, my new condensate pump is plugged in and working. Took the old pump and replaced the switch for 6.$, also available on plumbingsupplyandmore . Now, I have a spare!

I bought this as a quick and cheap replacement for my broken condenser. It doesn’t seem as sturdy as my original expensive condenser but is working great so far!

I have a dehumidifier in my crawl space. The built in reservoir and pump seem to be less well made than the dehumidifier itself. I don't know if that is a common problem, but it might be since only a fraction of dehumidifier users even use the feature. The pump system failed and I decided that spending $400 for a new similar dehumidifier and then disposing of all the refrigerants was not something I wanted to do if I could avoid it. As is common in such units, I was easily able to configure the dehumidifier for gravity feed. I determined that the unit worked fine in that mode. Then I bought this pump unit for a fraction of what a new dehumidifier would have cost. The pump unit is well rated and seems well made. It passed the initial tests and is now installed. I really like the independent "reservoir full" contact, which I am using to disable the dehumidifier in case the pump fails. Time will tell how ling the pump unit lasts, but replacing it for $60 really beats replacing the whole dehumidifier, especially since that would involve the disposal if refrigerants.
