“Test Cap was hard to come off. But so far it looks good. I hope the Stainless Steel used won't rust. I couldn't find what grade of Stainless Steel it is.”

“This closet flange is what it needed to be. I installed it over a 3" PVC sewer pipe cut to allow the flange to fit on top of a new tile floor. Once wet with PVC cement, it fit tightly onto the sewer pipe and flat onto the floor. The stainless steel flange rotates to enable you to properly orient the hold-down bolt holes. The only thing I wished was different was that the metal was just a little bit thicker, but I think this will work fine.”
