Had to make 2 purchases. The first purchase arrived dysfunctional. Luckily I looked inside the larger hole connecting to the toilet and noticed the defective part before connecting and turning on. Simple to CALL THE NUMBER PROVIDED, reorder, and return dysfunctional product to a plumbingsupplyandmore store. The second order was on my doorstep within a couple of days and took 15 minutes to install.”
