“The poker chips are a hit with everyone. The customer service is out of this world. I had ordered a different style and they were temporarily out, but they suggested an even better set of colors and still had the order in the timeframe needed. I’m going to order more and have passed on the word that this is the company I use. Awesome experience. People love getting these from me. Makes an impression as a business card.”
“I ordered 100 custom chips as golf ball markers. The design and text feature was super easy to use and the chips came out perfect. The customer service was excellent too as they worked with me to get my order extra quick for a golf tournament I had. Couldn’t be happier! I will order from them again.”
“Poker Chips (product) were spot on and looked good. The "need by date" and amount of time outlined to produce the chips (3-5 days) was actually off by 10 days. Although I had a 5-day buffer, my chips arrived 5 days after the event. This prevented me from presenting them out at the event they were intended to support. As such, for time sensitive orders, do not go by the web site, but give yourself at least a week buffer after your anticipated production/shipping date if going by the web site expectations.”
