“Overall the chips are not bad. The quality of chip is great. The printing quality lacked a little to be desired. The grey ring we chose in the design is not centered around the chip and bleeds into the red in places. Not a huge deal, but not perfect by any means. The process to get the chips was not the greatest either. When I ordered it said they would be produced in 3-5 days... 18 days later I had not heard anything and sent an email inquiry in. McKenzie informed me of short staff issues, which as an employer I understand right now. McKenzie was awesome and promptly responded to every question I had (Gold star for her!), I was just disappointed that it took me reaching out to get that info.”
