“The first Brow Magic I received with my original order of a few items had a few issues. It was super dry, had little to no colour pay off - just not what you’d expect from a brow pen. I contacted Poni/Makeup Cartel and that same day they had organised a replacement and I’d received a tracking number; I cannot speak highly enough of the service. The replacement is great, perfect for drawing on thin hair strokes and filling in for natural looking brows. The only thing I feel is lacking is the colour range as I prefer an ashy brown where as the universal shade is more of a taupe.”

“I've been wearing brow magic for a few years now and love it. I have very fair hair and unfortunately that means blonde and very light brown brows. Not ideal. Definitely helps :)”
