“The pencil is wonderful but the casing is not so good for the one you sent me. Each time I pull the pencil end cap off it brings with it the whole refill and then I have to pull hard to separate the mechanism and the cap and replace in the tube. I am concerned it will all break and I’ll have nothing. The brush end cap works perfectly. Pencil =5 casing = 2”

“Pencil tube fell out of main tubular component the day I first used, pencil tube subsequently fell on floor and broke all pencil. Wasted my money. Otherwise great product just very poorly assembled.”

“This is the 2nd Brow Magic I have bought and to be honest, I probably will not buy again unfortunately. I first bought the Brow Magic and liked it, however every time I take the lids off, both the pencil AND brush come out with it, getting stuck inside the lids meaning that I have to use my teeth to pry it apart all the time. After finishing this product, I thought I would try the Brow Love and again, same thing happened. I thought I would give you brand one more try and ordered the Brow Magic once more, and again - same issue. Pretty disappointed as the product itself is quite nice, however the packaging ruins this product for me. Very sorry for the negative feedback, I hate to be a negative Nancy however felt it was important for me to let you know of my issues with your products.”
