“Unfortunately disappointed with this product. I purchased it because I needed a mascara that doesn't smudge under my eyes however it has its own set of problems. Like other tubing mascaras I've tried it doesn't look as nice when applied, it's hard to explain but it's like they make lashes look much thinner on the ends & are just not as dramatic. It doesn't look as nice on as $10 mascaras but it doesn't smudge, I'll give it that. However, it completely disappears from my lower lashes and also from the top half of my lower lashes after a while so I'm just left with some from the base and a bit further up, it looks terrible & the lashes get a bit clumped together too at this stage & look stumpy, short & messy. If I continue to use it it'll be to conceal & darken my lashes when wearing falsies, otherwise I'm very disappointed especially considering the price”

“I ordered 2 of these. One for me and on for my daughter. The liquid is so thin and diluted that it can barely be seen in our lashes. Very disappointed.”

“The gentle formula is about the only one my sensitive eyes can handle. Unfortunately the packaging is very poor - the caps all broke off and the plastic of the main tube split as well. My other complaint is that somehow the brush leaves a smudge of mascara on my eyelid every time, regardless of how carefully I apply it. I can live with these niggles however as it's a relief to find a mascara I can comfortably wear all day without irritating my eyes.”
