“Hi Jeffrey! Thank you for this review (and as you can see, we don't delete reviews, we post every one of them!). We are sorry that you had an unfortunate experience. Possibly we misunderstood the task, as you describe it here it seems simple enough, so maybe we didn't understand what you were asking. To better explain our policy with special projects, as you've seen we focus on high quality and fast turnaround - we have hundreds of orders a day on a very tight deadline as we specialize in rush printing. To maintain that rush service for all customers and get hundreds of orders out every day in time for UPS pickup, we unfortunately don't have time to help with special projects or lend advice to projects... (a) there isn't enough time in the day to do this with our workload and (b) we've found in the past this haunts us as if we do provide any advice or opinion, our opinion could be different from what a customer was expecting and then we are blamed for the outcome. These two key things make it so our policy must always be simply to ask customer to place an order of a sample print on any media they want so the customer can see for themselves if the media will work for their project and not rely on our answer - this is the only true way to ensure you are happy and the media works for you as expected. Clear Transparency Film is a very special media that some people love for projects and for other people it's not what they expect, so we always ask customers to try a sample first before ordering a large project to make sure it's what they are expecting. You were probably asked to do this and it upset you, so for that we apologize, hopefully you'll try us again in the future!”

“I've ordered from here before and received exactly what I ordered. Now ordering again for a much bigger project, asked for assistance from their end so that I can reach a deadline, offered to pay extra for the help with no added burden to them but to just send one picture of the product (since they only have stock or pictures of other peoples products for the transparency paper) and received no help. Purely because they "just didn't want to take that on". A very unfortunate outcome since i liked their service from the last time i ordered and was really planning on using them for many future projects i have upcoming. All i asked for was one picture of a sample that i would pay for. No specific lighting on instruction, just one picture of it and the reflection. This review will be deleted I'm sure of it. Just very saddened by the outcome. I really needed for them to come through on this, it was quite an important project for me with a short deadline. I was hoping for human empathy on this one.”
