“The quality of the Poster stock surprised me.... very sturdy. But some of the poster corners were not in good shape upon arrival -about half of my order had slightly creased/bent corners on one side. Since I added the white border around each image I was planning to remove the border anyway when I mount the posters and that should make the damage less noticeable. The damage likely occurred in-house since the box it was shipped in arrived in very good shape. Perhaps more attention needs to paid to the product during pre-shipping. That aside, the reproductions (enlargements) were superb. Will definitely use posterprintshop.com again, but hope that the quality of the shipping preparation will improve.”

“The print was a bit blurry, tried very hard to get the resolution right. I did order a very large print so it is t easy to adjust when it is that big. We are hanging it up and will look lovely, I'm sure.”

“Overall great product and service... just a little odd things here and there. I ordered one print which I ended up having to cancel. My money was refunded and online all appeared to have been cancelled... However I kept getting alerts about the cancelled product (i.e. when it had printed and when it had shipped). I called the number on the shipping label and it was out of order. I ended up ordering another print and when it arrived BOTH orders were included. Also the print I ordered came with a trim and had to recut it to fit the frame. Again overall great product and am so happy with the results.”

“I got a poster printed on photo satin and I selected grommets but when I got the poster, it didn't have grommets. I asked customer service and found out photo satin cannot have grommets...I wish that grommets wouldn't have been listed as an option for photo satin then.”

“Nice work. Fast and well packaged. The gauge said good size for pixels but I wished I'd have gone a bit smaller. I think it would have been clearer.”
