“Actually, my project consisted of repurposing some frames and mats in the Carrier Room (I like to call it the funeral parlor) at our church. I was thrilled to find your site where I could actually order prints to perfectly fit the existing frames and mats. I spray painted all the frames changing the gold to espresso brown. Out of the initial eight I ordered only one did not fit. I measured them all equally close and they all were perfect. But, one was supposed to be 28" and it was actually 27 7/8" so I was unable to use it as ordered. But on closer examination of the existing mat, it had some scratches so unfortunately I had to reorder mats, so I just made the new mat with a smaller opening. One of the pics I ordered needed better editing, so I recently reordered the corrected print. Also, I reordered a larger print for one of the prints that I realized afterwards was a weighted portrait mat, while my photo was landscape my fault (again I had to order another mat:-() I was nervous initially about ordering from a site I didn't know but it seemed so well put together and easy to use that I took the risk. Thank goodness! I have told many people I know about you already. The thing that I think will prevent some from ordering, unless they have a large order are the shipping costs. Overall, only one thing went wrong. If my mat wasn't damaged that one undersized print would have made me upset, but I wonder if perhaps I had called, you would have made it right. Thanks, Paula”
