“Our new LIGHTED sign! We were quoted $750 all the way up to $5000 to have a custom lighted sign made. BAAAH! NO! We bought a 48" x 12" Artika Ultra thin LED panel Skylight from a big box store, carefully took it apart, separated the layers, and got the exact dimensions we needed for the backlit film. We did the artwork within those parameters and set to 'bleed to the edge', making sure to leave extra room within the design for a small part of the image to be hidden beneath the frame. PosterPrintShop.com took our art and transferred it to backlit film. Once we received it, BEAUTIFUL, AND DURABLE, by the way, we put the backlit film as the first front layer of the light using just a tiny dot of super glue at the corners to make sure it stayed in place, then reassembled the light layers exactly as it came from the manufacturer. Done. Perfect. Professional. $70 TOTAL COST. It looks absolutely amazing in person. THANK YOU GUYS! Do it - save yourself a ton of money on a professional sign you can make YOURSELF.”

“The backlit film had accurate colors and is on fairly heavy plastic sheet. I used PDF files. The adhesive backlit film on the other hand is very thin and can stretch. I found it very difficult to mount to a light panel. There were air bubbles no matter how I tried to mount it. Finally gave up and trashed it and I'm using the more rigid non-adhesive backlit film. There was one scratch on the non-adhesive film when I opened the tube and unrolled it. Hopefully, no scratches on future orders.”
