“Hi Harris, we're so sorry to hear you misunderstood how the Wizard works... it's important to remember that the dimensions you enter into our site are the size PRINT (the final paper size) you want. The actual image size on that paper is a completely different thing and that is what the wizard is for, to guide you through sizing your image to fit your print size. When the image you upload doesn't match the paper size you want, you have options to resize, and even download a proof to confirm what you're getting. You'll find the print size you received exactly matches the dimensions you entered. Hopefully you'll try again!”

“The only reason I rate it a 3/5 is because I entered the dimensions I wanted the photo to be into the wizard but it did not arrive in those dimensions. It’s probably my fault and I screwed it up but it was still disappointing.”

“Ordered 2 18x24 posters and was very skeptical about the quality and design. Wow !! When I put them up it just blew my mind and evry one else's too. Awesome quality and will order more for my home theater”

“I have been ordering backlit film posters from a local vendor for awhile. I decided to try posterprintshop.com instead this time and was very impressed with the speed at which they were done and the price was reasonable. Best of all the quality!
