“I ordered four poster prints. After a mix-up with how they were sent (with a bleed line) I left a bad review without ever having contacted customer service. Someone from Poster Print Shop contacted me and asked about the issue. They were very helpful and corrected my order without extra charges. Lesson learned to contact a company first before leaving a bad review!”
