“I ordered two large orders of very large, odd size photos from here. The first came perfect, as expected, and even with a duplicate of one print for some reason. The second order came in a box due to the number of prints not being able to fit in a tube, and one of the photos was smashed on one end. Luckily it was only the largest photo on the outside of the roll, and the rest were ok. Upon getting the order in frames we found that 4 photos were also missing from the order. We were really upset at this point since it was an expensive order we needed for a restaurant opening and we were now down 5 photos. I contacted them via e-mail about the issue with photos of the destroyed print. They responded very quickly, printed them the same day and overnighted them to us. This level of customer service, the fact you can order very odd sized, large prints, and the great quality of the prints still lends them a 5 star rating.”
