“Very convenient. Easy to use once you get the hang of it. Stable. Good value for money. Bigger than I expected. It's quite deep so its a bit difficult bending over to get a young baby in and out.”

“Ordered the cot to be delivered to my parents as me and my daughter were travelling up on the train and so couldnt take our one from home. We arrived late and went to put the cot up but struggled for a good hour as one side wouldn't click into place. With nowhere open my daughter was forced to sleep in bed with me - not something I ever wanted to do as I don't feel it is safe. The next morning I contacted customer services who said I wasn't doing it properly and someone would call me and tell me how to do it, eight hours later I received this call and she patronizinlgy explained to me how to do it (exactly how I had been trying) still no luck so I asked for a refund as I was leaving the following day. Received the refund but minus the postage and packaging which I didn't think was fair. I immediately contacted customer service again , que being on hold for ever ! So I called sales instead and got through straight away .... I was then told it had been received and tested and it wasn't faulty. I didn't agree and asked to talk to management who was to call me back. Another 6 hour wait and I got a call . The manager didn't have a clue what the call was regarding so I had to go through everything again. She said she would go and look at the findings and see why it had been judged not to be faulty. When she called back she said it WAS faulty !! My postage would be refunded which to be honest at this point it was more the principle of the matter as I had been lied to, made to wait around for calls and generally been treated badly. Will never order from this company again and will implore others not to either !”

“I was pleased with this cot when it was set up. We bought it to take on holiday with the grandchildren, but sometimes it was a bit temperamental and I couldn't always manage to get one of the ends to stay rigid. It would have been alright if we didn't have to keep putting it away but we were in a caravan.”

“Glasgow pram centre had this on sale for a bargain price and it arrived quickly. Being a man and new granddad I couldn't get the top sides to lock into place and I thought it was faulty but I rang customer care for help and I had to ring again the next day as they didn't ring back. However a helpful lady told me that you have to lock the sides first, before you lock the Base into place and amazingly it works a treat.”

“Excellent supplier - The cot was easy to assemble and disassemble ( I didn't even look at the instructions). Very strong and sturdy with high sides and separate mattress which velcros into place. It folds up into a separate holdall with good strong handle which would be great for taking onto a plane. Overall - excellent value for money at the price. I would definitely recommend this to other customers.”
