“I'm a Pratt employee and would just suggest that you make the presentation of the packaged products more appealing upon arrival. It was just a bunch of bags thrown into a kraft box. Kind of underwhelming compared to the amazing website and advertising. Also the shipping delay needs work. I understand it was UPS that held it up but 3-4 days to pickup was way too long.”
