“This is the first time we've ordered custom boxes. We paid our graphic designer $300 to create a design, but then were unable to figure out how to upload it; so we ended up just using our logo on each of the 4 sides, using the online designer. So that was a waste of money. The more plain design looks OK. The boxes themselves are a bit on the flimsy side and not constructed very well. Some of them have gaps in the sides, making them uneven and harder to tape together. We like that the boxes are made with 100% recyclable materials. Overall, the boxes look pretty nice and will hopefully elevate our brand. Thank you!”
“The boxes feel extremely low quality..... I'm fearful to use them and end up demolished during transit. Also, I used black and red - both which were not dark or vibrant and look dingy and washed out unlike other company boxes I have received with purchases. Attached is a photo of my box showing the lightly printed/washed out colors and another box with color vibrancy I was expecting. I'm not sure if this is an issue with the box type selected, but definitely not happy with these.”
