“Overall, I'm happy with my mailers, they are sturdy, made from recycled materials and arrived pretty quickly. These were the challenges I experienced:
- Packing tapes didn't adhere, so I had to ship the mailer boxes in eco poly mailers, which defeats the purpose. A few were shipped with the packing tape only, before I realized there was an adhesion problem so I hope the content stays secure. I haven't had this problem with mailer boxes from other companies.
- I ordered Kraft brown boxes with my bright orange logo, but the logo seemed somewhat faded. Will need to determine how to fix this issue.
- One box had faulty printing”
“The boxes were just fine, but the description led me to believe that the boxes would be done in several days and shipped soon after.
It was month before I got them.
The quality was great; if I order them again, I'll know to allow more lead time.”
“My boxes arrived exactly as I expected and the printing/design looked great. Shipping was pretty slow so plan ahead, but customer service was great and quick to respond to my inquiries about the status.”
“Great marketing campaign by Pratt to create demand, and a wonderful online platform to create your own product. Unfortunately, their production and customer service apparently cannot keep up. We have now place two orders and both have experienced super long delays. The first order did not even ship without us proactively asking about the status after 2 1/2 weeks. It was supposed to be done within three business days. But here we go again, after the second order is placed. All of a sudden we’re being Told that it takes two weeks to even get into the production schedule. Mind you the website advertises three business days. That puts us in a difficult situation because we’ve been banking on this. So overall, we have to decide that we are leaving . After only two test orders. What a shame, but other manufacturers make the same product and are easier to deal with.”
“Understandable delay in order processing as we ordered the week of thanksgiving. A machine breakdown delayed it another week. Overall totally fine.
Product is great. Online design is decent. Info is clear
However because they only ship sets of boxes via fedex rather than all at once via LTL the cost of each box doubles. Ordered 1,000 instead of 2,000 because the shipping cost was too high even though the per piece price went down for the box. There has to be a better way to ship 1,000+ piece orders that costs less”
