“I first bought this in 2011. Only used it for a while because it couldn't open some files that even free programs could. Bought it again last year because it came with WinZip and I needed an upgrade for that, plus it's a good-looking program, easy to use. I discovered that PDF Fusion was the 2011 version. It has only received one update since 2011, from 1.10 to 1.14. Of course, it still can't open every PDF file. But the free Sumatra can, as can the free Foxit Reader and many others I'm sure. At least I got to upgrade my WinZip from 22.5 to 27 for a better price than what Corel was offering on WinZip alone! :-)
Disclaimer: I never tried creating PDF's with Fusion (maybe I should give that a try), but I assume it can open those. If that's what you want it for, then I think it's worth a try at that price.”
