“I love the scent of the Leave In Conditioner and how it makes my Zoie's fur feel. Zoie is a Standard Poodle and her coat isn't as soft as most poodles. And she doesn't like when I brush her fur. Hi Kim! We are sorry to hear you had trouble getting rid of mats, as that is exactly what this product is meant for, and has been proven to do. We recommend focusing on individual areas and using a brush or comb with the spray. It can be applied to wet or dry hair. We also share many demos on how to use the products on our social media. However, if a dog is terribly matted, we suggest having them professionally groomed and then using our product going forward in a brushing routine, to prevent that from happening again.
