Hi Iris, we are so sorry you did not see the results that you expected with THE MANE TAME. This is our waterless, foaming shampoo which is great for cleansing, deodorizing, and even de-matting. However, it depends on how much product you use, the brush/comb that you pair with it, and the dog's coat type. If you are looking to really get mats out, we would love for you to try our LEAVE IN conditioner which is a spray on de-matting formula, specifically for the type of brushing you may need!
