“I asked to discontinue subscription, which you promised to be done at any time I stopped my subscription, but I was charged $63 anyway and it came out of my account and overdue my account because I’m handicapped and I live on a fixed income on Social Security anyway I have since again stopped my subscription and I better not have anything else taken from my account. I will be notifying the BBB. I think it’s a shame that you would do this to customers.”
