Did Primal Collagen help support your hair, skin, and joints? Yes
Noticed a difference in the first couple of months, been having knee problems on the left knee so far I feel like the cartilage is getting stronger. Really love that it helps your joints and of course the perks of hair skin and nails. My skin definitely has a glow. Almost has been a year since I’ve been using the powder. Will keep using.

Good, it does blend in well on hot drinks but takes a little more mixing on cold to fully dissolve. But learned powder first the cold drink is a better result. Taste wise, non noticed with whatever I'm drinking.

I have tried many other protein, collagen powders, and this one has been the best on many levels. I look for a truly clean product, an unflavored product, one that mixes, smooth in both hot and cold beverages, and one that I feel benefits from. This hits all the above. I’m very happy with the product and will use again.
