“Overall and this is all in my opinion, the taste is horrible but manageable after some time. I have not been taking it consistently I’ve missed some days and even with that I have noticed some benefits. Hair growth would be the biggest one and my nails are becoming a little stronger and have yet to see any improvement in my skin which is my whole reason for seeking out this product.
They say give it 3 months of taking it daily so I will do so and write another review to keep you informed.”
“I've been using the product for about three weeks. I've found that it needs to be added to something that already has plenty of flavor or there's a hint of meat flavor to your beverage. The first night I put it in my iced tea and I could taste it. I've switched to putting it in my morning coffee and have found that it adds a weirdly interesting savory flavor. It does, however, coagulate or mottle the cream a bit. It's easy to get used to, though. I haven't experienced a difference in my joints, but I didn't really have joint issues to begin with. As far as my skin -- that was the reason I purchased this. I haven't seen a noticeable difference, but perhaps it's too soon. I plan to order another container and see what happens.”
