“I take one scoop twice a day and it does help me feel full. I've taken other protein powders and they didn't have that effect. I can notice my skin improved on my face and neck. I can't tell if it helps my joints yet because I stopped lifting weights months ago and the pain relief could be related to that. I will start exercising again soon and will update this review if the pain comes back or not. I just mix it with water or a popular vitamin C powder pack. There is a slight beef odor and taste, very slight. I don't have a problem with that but my wife does. She has a marine collagen that doesn't have any odor that she prefers. I would recommend this product if you can take the slight odor because I can tell it is helping me.”
