First off I am a 52 year old male that works in the trades, I am very
physically active with walking throughout buildings, climbing ladders,
and/or moving heavy equipment including a 40+ pound toolbag everyday. And I
usually run on fumes and in a lot of joint pain. I have been living a semi
holistic lifestyle for years, no medicine, and very picky my vitamins and I try to
