“Terrible costumer support. 1st you keep my money for 14 days before you even put it in a box and start to ship it. Since dec 6th the parcel is listed in transit so no one knows where it is and no updates since dec 19 and today is the 30th. Told company I wanted my money back and they said satisfaction guarantee only applies to the Unites States. I have just ordered the competitors similar product. They are more expensive but deliver in 10 days from ordering. This company is cheaper for obvious reasons.”
